Depending on the selected package, clients may request unlimited revisions at no extra cost, as long as the original design concept remains unchanged. Standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

We encourage you to read and understand our refund policies to know your rights and limitations when working with FBA Automation.

FBA Automation offers 100% refunds, but only under specific conditions. Refunds will NOT be applicable if:

  • A custom or special package has been selected
  • Revisions have been requested beyond the initial concepts
  • The client has been unresponsive for over 14 days
  • The project was put on hold at the client’s request
  • There is a violation of company policies
  • The creative brief lacks required details
  • The client’s business has closed, paused, or rebranded
  • The client’s reason for cancellation is unrelated to service quality (e.g., change of mind, partner disagreement)
  • Multiple revision rounds have been accepted by the client
  • However, clients are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the project begins.

How to file for a refund

To ensure that your refund request is authorized, please ensure that you satisfy the stipulations listed below.
